Masayo Konno has received the third prize at WAFA in England in 2002, and more prizes to refer to. With inspirations from ikebana that she has started from her childhood, Masayo Konno has been studying the design of the European styles from Germany and France as well. The ministry of Colombia has recognized her as the best leader who has left a tremendous achievement in the world of preserved flower in Japan. In 2006, she held a seminar at Nippon Keidanren and other seminars and demonstrating lectures all over Japan. Her simple yet elegant designs attracts many funs.

A contemporary floral designer acknowledged as the top flower designer in Japan. His unique arrangements are inspired with his natural talent also the sense that he had gained through his abundant experiences abroad, as well as life style designing skills he had learned in Portland, United States.
His dynamic yet sensitive artistic creations inspire many of our customers.
In 2008 he opened a preserved flower specialty shop and school in Ginza, Tokyo. Expanding branches in fancy department stores. He has a good reputation on media such as Shop Channel TV show, floral magazine ‘Hana Jikan’.
He has worked on various designing projects with top executive companies and brands.
His outstanding talent has been a great success as a lecturer in LG University, Korea, and other global scenes.

His radio broadcast’ Lala Fleur by Ryohei Konnno’ on FM Setagaya has been popular since November 2013.
